We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from StaniPax Store. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a simple return and refund process.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the product
  • The item is defective or not as described

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Gift cards or downloadable products
  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Email support@stanipaxstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide instructions and a return address.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged:

  • Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank or payment provider.
  • Then contact your card issuer—processing times can vary.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@stanipaxstore.com.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please email us first.
