- The item is defective upon arrival
All requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Products that have been used, altered, or washed
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
- Personal care or hygiene-related items (if applicable)
3. Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and freebies must be included
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Delivery & Return Costs
- If the error is from us (wrong or damaged item), we will cover return delivery costs.
- If the return is due to customer preference, delivery costs may not be refunded.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders:
- Once an item is paid for and accepted, refunds may be processed via bank transfer after verification.
